ICPC Kodlama Kursunun Çeşitli Sağlık Personellerindeki Başarısı.

Abstract

1987 yýlýnda WONCA tarafýndan ICPC (International Classification of Primary Care) kodlama sistemi geliºtirilmiºtir. Bu kodlamanýn ülkemizde de kullanýmýna baºlanmasý planlanmaktadýr. Bu çalýºmamýzda tabip ve yardýmcý saðlýk personeline verilen ICPC eðitiminin katýlýmcýlarýn performansýna nasýl etki ettiðini, meslek gruplarý arasýnda baºarýnýn deðiºip deðiºmediðini kurs öncesinde ve sonrasýnda elde edilen ön ve son test puanlara göre deðerlendirmeyi amaçladýk. 20 Aðustos – 3 Eylül 2008 tarihleri Birinci Basamaðýn Uluslararasý Kodlamasý (ICPC) kursu verildi. Kursa Türkiye’nin 81 ilinden uzman tabip, tabip, ebe, hemºire, saðlýk memuru ve saðlýk teknikeri olmak üzere toplam 263 saðlýk personeli alýndý. Eðiticiler tarafýndan hazýrlanan sýnav tüm katýlýmcýlara eðitimlerden önce ve sonra uygulandý. Araºtýrmaya 263 kiºi katýldý. Katýlýmcýlarýn 160’ý (%60,8) erkek, 103’ü (%39,2) kadýndý. Katýlýmcýlarýn 87’si (%35,5) tabip, 74’ü (%30,2) saðlýk memuru, 28’i (%11,4) hemºire, 24’ü ebe (%9,8), 22’si (%9,0) saðlýk teknikeri, 10’u (%4,1) uzman tabip idi. Meslek gruplarýna göre ön test puanlarýnýn farklýlýk gösterdiði saptandý (F=7,130; p0,05). Bireylerin (son test-ön test) puanlarý arasýnda istatistiksel olarak anlamlý bir fark saptandý (Wilcoxon Z=14,026; p
