Fournier Gangreni: olgu sunumu

Abstract

Fournier Gangreni gerçek bir ürolojik acildir. Genital organlarýn nekrotizan enfeksiyonu olup son derece yüksek mortalite oranlarýna sahiptir. Erken taný ve etkin tedavi hayat kurtarýcýdýr. Burada özellikle bir tanesi tanýdaki uzama nedeniyle geç müdahale edilen üç Fournier Gangreni tanýsý konulan hasta sunulmuºtur
