Kolonoskopi Sonuçlarımızın Retrospektif Analizi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalýºmada ki amacýmýz, Düzce Üniversitesi Týp Fakültesi Genel Cerrahi A.D’ da Ocak 2005-Aralýk 2009 yýllarý arasýnda, alt gastrointestinal sistem endoskopisi (kolonoskopi) uygulanan hastalarýn sonuçlarýnýn retrospektif olarak deðerlendirilmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Alt gastrointestinal sistem ºikayetleri ile bölümümüze baºvuran ve tarafýmýzdan kolonoskopi endikasyonu konulan 500’u erkek ve 538’u kadýn olan toplam 1038 hastaya baðýrsak temizliði yapýldýktan sonra fleksibl kolonoskopik tetkik yapýldý. Bulgular: Yapýlan kolonoskopilerin sonucunda %42.9’da herhangi bir patoloji saptanmazken, sýklýk sýrasýyla %32.5de hemoroid ve %17.6’ da anal fissür tespit edildi. Sonuç: gastrointestinal sistem ºikayetleriyle baºvuran hastalarýn yaklaºýk yarýsýn da bir patoloji bulunmamakla birlikte diðer yarýsýnda hemoroid ve anal fissür basta olmak üzere çeºitli patolojiler tespit edildi
