Dissemine Süperfisyel Aktinik Porokeratoz: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Porokeratoz varyantlarý arasýnda yer alan “Dissemine aktinik süperfisiyal porokeratoz”, nadir görülen keratinizasyon bozukluðu hastalýklarýndan biridir. Kýrk beº yaºýndaki erkek hastanýn kol ve gövdesinde anuler tarzda lezyonlarý vardý. Histopatolojik incelemesinde ‘cornoid lamella’ bulgusu gözlendi. Nadir görülmesi sebebiyle vakayý sunmayý uygun bulduk
