Serviks Kanserinde Radyolojik Görüntüleme

Abstract

Serviks kanseri jinekeolojik kanserler arasýnda endometrium ve over kanserlerinin ardýndan üçüncü sýklýkta görülmektedir. Spesifik tarama testinin kullanýma girmesiyle mortalitesi eski yýllara göre oldukça azalan serviks kanseri hala önemini korumaktadýr. Ýnvaziv serviks kanserinde klinik evreleme International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics planlanmasýnda baºlýca dayanak olarak kabul edilmiºtir. Ýn situ ve evre IA serviks karsinomunda görüntüleme bulgusu mevcut deðildir. Bu makalede diðer evrelerde tümörün kendisinin, nodal durumun, tedavi cevabýnýn ve rekürrenslerin deðerlendirilmesinde Manyetik rezonans, bilgisayarlý tomografi ve ultrasonografi gibi geliºmiº görüntüleme yöntemlerinin rolü tartýºýlacaktýr
