İntravenöz Pyelografi'de İnsidental Saptanan Asemptomatik Bezoar Olgusu

Abstract

Bezoarlar, sindirime uðramayan maddelerin koleksiyonu sonucu oluºan gastrointestinal sistemdeki lümen içi kitlelerdir. Bezoar, sýklýkla midede yerleºmekle beraber ince baðýrsakta da yerleºir ve burada mekanik baðýrsak týkanýklýðýna neden olurlar. Bezoar bulunan hastalar genellikle intestinal obstrüksiyonlar nedeniyle baºvururlar. Mevcut literatür bilgilerimize göre asemptomatik olup, insidental saptanan bezoar olgusu bulunmamaktadýr. Olgumuza sýk idrar yolu enfeksiyonu nedeni ile yapýlan intravenöz pyelografi sýrasýnda sað alt kadranda homojen olmayan radyoopasite tespit edilmesi üzerine ultrasonografi ve tomografi yapýlarak bezoar tanýsý konulmuºtur
