Doğum Sonrası Hüzün ve Doğum Sonrası Depresyon

Abstract

Doðum sonrasý hüznü doðumdan sonra görülen geçici ruhsal bir durumdur. Annelerin büyük çoðunluðu doðumdan sonra bu hüznü yaºar. Bu hüzün tablosu çoðu zaman hiç kimse tarafýndan fark edilmez. Bazý duyarlý aileler bu duygularý depresyonla karýºtýrabilir. Bu yazýda annelik hüznünün özelliklerini gözden geçirerek depresyondan farklý yönlerini ortaya koymaya çalýºtýk. Depresyon tanýmýný, sýklýðýný ve major depresyonun taný kriterlerini, postpartum depresyonun risk faktörlerini ve kliniðini sýraladýk. Böylece özellikle birinci basamakta hem annelik hüznü ve depresyon tanýlarýnýn birbiri ile karýºmalarýnýn önüne geçmeyi amaçladýk
