Abstract

Traumatic knee dislocation is very rare injury in patients presenting to the emergency room. The complications associated with knee dislocation such as amputation of extremities and die is required emergency response. We discussed a case, that he has only knee dislocation and popliteal artery injury and mortal as soon as possible

Abstract

Travmatik diz çıkığı acil servise başvuran hastalar içinde oldukça nadir bir yaralanmadır. Diz çıkığı ile beraber gelişen ancak çok nadir olan ölüm ve ekstremitenin amputasyonu gibi ciddi morbiditeye neden olan komplikasyonlara acil müdahale gerekmektedir. Sadece diz çıkığı ve popliteal arter yaralanması olan bir vakanın kısa süre içerisinde mortal olarak seyretmesi üzerine burada tartıştık
