Toplum İçi Kişiden Kişiye KKKA Geçişi: Dört Olgu

Abstract

Kırım Kongo kanamalı ateşi (KKKA) ülkemizde 2002 yılından bu yana endemik olarak görülen, ölümlere neden olan önemli bir viral kanamalı ateş hastalığıdır. Hastalığın en önemli bulaş yolu kene ısırığı veya kene ile temas iken, hasta insanlarla veya enfekte hayvanların kanıyla temasla da hastalık bulaşabilmektedir. Burada sunulan olguların kene ısırığı veya hayvanlarla temas öyküsü yoktu; yalnızca KKKA için endemik olan bir bölgenin ilçe merkezlerini ziyaret etmişlerdi. Hastalara bulaşın farkında olunamayan temas ile dolaylı olarak geçmiş olduğu kurgulandı
