Abstract
Agresif Anjiomiksoma nadir görülen mezenkimal kaynaklı yumuşak doku tümörüdür. Genellikle doğurganlık yaşındaki genç kadınlarda; genital, pelvik ve perineal bölgede izlenir. Erkeklerde nadir olarak görülüp, inguinal ve skrotal yerleşimlidir. Tedavisi sağlam cerrahi sınırla rezeksizyon olup, .rekürrens oranı yüksektir. Bu yazıdaki amacımız erkek hastada uyluk yerleşimli agressif anjiomiksom vakasını tartışmaktır
