Akut Myokard İnfarktüsünde ST Segment Rezolüsyon Derecesinin Prognostik Önemi

Abstract

Akut myokard infarktüsünden sonra bazı faktörler prognozu etkiler ve uzun dönemdeki yaşam süresini belirlemeye yardımcı olmak için kullanılabilirler. Bu nedenle myokard infarktüsünden sonra risk sınıflandırması oldukça önemlidir. ST segment yükselmeli myokard infarktüsünde, fibrinolitik tedavi sonrası koroner reperfüzyon invaziv ve noninvaziv olarak değerlendirilebilir. Noninvaziv reperfüzyon kriterlerinden ST segment rezolusyonu myokardiyal mikrosirkulatuar dolaşımı daha iyi yansıttığı için; klinik pratikte basit, ucuz ve kolay uygulanabilen bir parametre olarak prognoz tayininde kullanılabilir. Biz bu çalışmamızda ST segment rezolusyon derecesinin prognostik önemini araştırdık
