Abstract

ÖZET:
AMAÇ: Bu çalışmada amaç; işitme cihazı satış ve uygulama merkez sahipleri ve bu merkezlerde görev alan ilgili personelin mevcut beklenti ve şikâyetlerini belirlemek ve sebeplerini ortaya çıkarmaktır.
YÖNTEM: Çalışma kapsamında İşitme Cihazı Sektörü Analiz Anketi KTO Karatay Üniversitesi Odyoloji Bölümü tarafından hazırlanmıştır ve işitme cihazı sektörü çalışanlarına Google Documents aracılığıyla ulaştırılmıştır. Sonuçlar, KTO Karatay Üniversitesi Odyoloji Bölümü tarafından analiz edilmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir.
BULGULAR: Sonuçlar genel olarak incelendiğinde; sektöre odyometrist ve odyologların hakim olduğu, sektörün gelişmekte olduğu ve sektördeki bireylerin eğitim düzeyi vb. nedenlerinden dolayı odyologlar ile çalışmak istediği görülmüştür.
SONUÇ: İşitme cihazı sektörünün daha detaylı incelenmesi sektör ve sektörde çalışan meslek elemanları açısından önemli olduğu gibi hastalar açısından da önemli olduğundan dolayı daha fazla çalışmaya ihtiyaç vardır.

ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study; To determine the current expectations and complaints of the hearing aid sales and application center owners and the related personnel working in these centers and to reveal the reasons.
METHOD: Hearing Aid Sector Analysis Questionnaire was prepared by KTO Karatay University Audiology Department within the scope of the study. The questionnaire was delivered to the hearing aid industry employees through Google Documents. The results were analyzed and evaluated by KTO Karatay University Audiology Department.
RESULTS: When the results are analyzed in general; the sector is dominated by audiometrists and audiologists, the sector is developing and ıt has been observed that individuals in the sector want to work with audiologists for reasons the level of education of audiologists, etc.
CONCLUSION: More studies are needed because the more detailed examination of the hearing aid sector is important for the professionals working in the sector and the sector as well as for the patients.
