Siyasi Lider Değerlendirme Ölçeğinin Türkçeye Uyarlanması Çalışması

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı Cohen ile arkadaşları (2004) tarafından geliştirilen Siyasi Lider Değerlendirme Ölçeği’nin (SLDÖ) Türkçeye adaptasyonu için yapılan geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmalarını sunmaktır. Bu çalışmada, orijinal çalışmaya sadık kalmakla beraber; liderlerin seçim beyannameleri oluşturulurken Türk kültürüne uygun ifadeleri barındıracak şekilde düzenlemeler yapılmıştır. Çalışma örneklemi İstanbul’da bulunan bir vakıf üniversitesinde eğitimine devam eden 112 katılımcıdan oluşmaktadır. Siyasi Lider Değerlendirme Ölçeğinde, üç farklı siyasi liderin (karizmatik lider, görev odaklı lider, ilişki odaklı lider) seçim konuşmaları yer almaktadır. Her bir lider için ayrı değerlendirme yapmak üzere her bir beyannamenin altında beş maddelik bir ölçek bulunmaktadır. Araştırma sonunda her bir liderlik beyannamesi altındaki ölçekler için ayrı ayrı faktör analizleri gerçekleştirilmiş ve ölçeklerin tek faktörlü bir yapıya sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Ölçek iç güvenirliğine madde test korelasyonları ile bakılmış, ayrıca ölçeğin ölçüt bağıntılı geçerliğini test etmek için Gençöz ve Öncül (2012) tarafından geliştirilen Temel Kişilik Özellikleri Ölçeği (TKÖÖ) kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonunda elde edilen bulgular SLDÖ’nin Türkçe versiyonunun psikometrik özellikleri görgül olarak ortaya konulmuş geçerli ve güvenilir bir araç olduğunu ortaya koymuştur.
