KOÇLUK YAKLAŞIMI İLE İŞGÖREN GELİŞTİRME

Abstract

Gerek kişisel gerekse eğitim ve organizasyon alanlarında koçluk uygulamalarının önemi her geçen gün artmaktadır. Koçluk, özellikle iş örgütlerinde personeli geliştirici bir mekanizma olarak pozitif bir uygulama olarak görülmektedir. Nitekim koçluk uygulamaları ve koçunyönlendirmeleri sayesinde işgörenlerin motivasyonu, iş tatmini, bağlılıkları, performansları ve iletişim kurma becerileri artmakla birlikte işyerinden kaynaklanan stres de büyük ölçüde azalacaktır. Bu çerçevede bu çalışmanın amacı, “koçluk” tekniği ile, kurumlarda çalışmakta olan işgörenin görev yeterliliklerinin geliştirilmesinin, etkileme, iletişim, ödüllendirme, motivasyon, performans değerleme, stres ve liderlik gibi bazı yönetsel süreçler bağlamında nasıl işlediğinin ortaya konulmasıdır.
