IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Researchers,   

Submissions for the July 2026 issue will be accepted between April 6, 2026 and June 15, 2026. Articles submitted outside these dates will not be considered for evaluation in the relevant issue.

Dear Researchers,

The Kırıkkale University Journal of Social Sciences (KUJSS) is a peer-reviewed, international, electronic, and open-access journal that aims to publish qualified academic studies produced in all fields of social sciences. The journal is published twice a year, in January and July.

KUJSS accepts original scholarly articles prepared in Turkish, English, Arabic, Persian, and French. The journal welcomes qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research conducted in disciplines such as History, Literature, Education, Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Sociology, Psychology, Law, Philosophy, Fine Arts, International Relations, field education, and other branches of the social sciences.

All submitted manuscripts must include an English extended summary (Extended Summary).
            

    - Ethics Committee Approval: Ethics committee approval must be uploaded for quantitative research and survey-based studies.
    

    - Articles derived from graduate theses and articles authored by in-house (institutional) authors may not each exceed 25% of the total number of articles published in the relevant issue of the journal. If these thresholds are exceeded, manuscripts will be considered for publication based on criteria such as submission date, type, subject, and language of publication. If a single article falls into both categories, it will be counted in the calculation of both ratios.
          

    - Out-of-Scope Studies: By decision of the Editorial Board, scale development/adaptation, translation, and book review studies are not accepted for publication.

KUJSS follows a publication policy grounded in the universal principles of science, committed to open access, ethical values, and the public good. The journal ensures free and unrestricted access to all its content in order to promote the open dissemination of scientific knowledge.

Articles to be sent to the journal should be sent according to the KUJSS article template. The articles should be organized according to APA 6 standards of writing and citation, as stated in article .
