Articles submitted to the KutBilim Journal of Social Sciences and Arts must not have been published elsewhere or submitted to another publication simultaneously. If the submitted article is based on a paper presented at a national or international symposium or congress, or derived from a master's or doctoral thesis, this must be clearly stated with a footnote, and the text must be adapted to the article format. The journal's publication languages are Turkish, English, and Russian. However, the journal is open to works from scholars in other languages, and such works can also be published in their original language. For articles written in languages other than English, an English title, abstract, keywords, and extended abstract are required. Our Editorial Board has decided to publish articles with an extended abstract in English to facilitate international readability and citation of works written in languages other than English. As per this decision, starting from Volume 3, Issue 2, articles to be published in our journal must include an English extended abstract. However, articles written in English do not need an extended abstract.
