KutBilim Journal of Social Sciences and Arts is a peer-reviewed, open-access international academic journal published by the Kutbilim Research, Culture, and Solidarity Association.

As of January 1, 2026, the journal has adopted a continuous publication model. Under this model, accepted manuscripts are published online individually throughout the year immediately after the completion of the editorial and peer-review processes, and are subsequently assigned to the relevant annual volume.

The journal publishes articles in Turkish, English, and Russian. In addition, it is open to scholarly works written in other languages, and such submissions may be published in their original language if deemed appropriate by the editorial board.
