Humerus Cisim Kırıklarının Cerrahi Tedavisi

Abstract

Eylül 2008-Ağustos 2009 tarihleri arasında acil servisimize humerus cisim kırığı ile başvuran 6 hasta, retrospektif olarak değerlendirildi. Olguların hepsi erkek olup yaş ortalaması 19.6 idi. Ortalama 11 (8-14 ay) ay izlenen hastaların 3’ ünde açık kırık, 2’sinde radial sinir lezyonu ve bir hastada aynı ekstremitede radius kırığı olması nedeniyle humerus kırığı cerrahi olarak tedavi edildi. Tedavi sonrası 1 hastada 6 ay içinde düzelen iatrojenik radial sinir lezyonu gelişti ve tüm kırıklarda kaynama gözlendi. Humerus kırıklarının cerrahi tedavisinde, plak ve vida tespiti iyi bir tedavi yöntemidir. Bu yöntemin en büyük avantajı radial sinirin durumu hakkında bilgi edinilmesine olanak sağlamasıdır. Stabil bir fiksasyondan sonra alçı veya brace gibi herhangi bir tespite gerek yoktur ve bu da eklem hareketlerinin korunması için önemli bir avantaj sağlamaktadır.
