Abstract

Arteriovenöz malformasyonlar(AVM) yüksek akımlı arteriovenöz şantlara eşlik eden venöz göllenmeler ile birliktelik gösterebilir. Bu vasküler kitleler deri lezyonları yanı sıra vital organlara bası yaparak fonsiyonel yetersizlikler de oluşturabilir. Endovasküler selektif arteriyel embolizasyona (onyx® likid embolik sistem) ek olarak venöz göllenmelere perkütanöz obliteran madde (%20 n-butil siyanoakrilat) enjeksiyonu kombinasyonu ile fonksyonel ve estetik iyileşme elde edilen vaka sunulmuştur
