Tortikolisde Kombine Cerrahi Yaklaşım

Abstract

Konjenital müsküler tortikolis(KMT) yaşamın ilk yılında spontan regresyon gösterebilen ya da konservatif yöntemler ile tedavi edilebilen bir patolojidir. İki yaş sonrasında ise genellikle cerrahi tedavi gereklidir. Üç vakada Sternokleideomastoid(SCM) kasının unipolar serbestleştirilmesi ile kasa yapılan Z plasti tekniklerinin kombinasyonundan elde edilen sonuçlar sunulmuştur.
