Yüzde Yanık Skarına Alternatif Yaklaşım: Favori Rekonstrüksiyonu ve Kese Ağzi Dikişi

Abstract

Kırıkkale Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Plastik ve Rekonstrüktif Cerrahi Anabilim Dalı Yüzde yanık skarları ve tedavileri yanığın yerine ve genişliğine gore değişmektedir. Geniş yanık skarlarında başarılı sonuçlar elde etmek oldukça güçtür. Alternatif bir yaklaşım olarak; bu vakada, yanık skarının yaklaşık % 50 si yeni oluşturulan favori altına ve kalan kısmın da %20 lik parçası kese ağzı dikiş kullanılarak favori hattına gizlenmiştir. Yüz bölgesinde bulunan skarlara yaklaşım olarak sub-ünite prensibine uyularak anatomik yapıların yeniden yapılandırılması ve kalan kısmın da kese ağzı dikiş kullanılarak saklanmasını alternatif ve kombine bir yöntem olarak öneririz
