İzole Fallop Tüpü Torsiyonu

Abstract

Fallop tüpünün izole torsiyonu, nadir rastlanan bir akut pelvik ağrı nedenidir. Genellikle reprodüktif çağ kadın hastada sıklık gösterir, prepubertal ve postmenopozal dönemde çok nadirdir (1). Bu olguda tubal kiste bağlı olarak tubal torsiyon gelişen ve acil salpenjektomi yapılan 19 yaşında kadın hastayı sunuyoruz. Bu olgu ışığında akut karın olguları değerlendirilirken fallop tüpü torsiyonunun da akılda tutulmasının önemli olduğu görüşündeyiz
