Karın Ön Duvari Defektlerinde Antenatal Tanı ve İzlem

Abstract

Gastroşizis ve omfalosel en sık görülen konjenital karın duvarı defektleridir. Bu anomaliler rutin maternal serum taraması ve fetal ultrasonografi ile sıklıkla antenatal olarak saptanmaktadır. Antenatal tanı doğum zamanını, şeklini ve yerini etkileyebilir. Gastroşizis için prognoz öncelikle barsak yaralanmasının derecesi ile belirlenirken omfalosel için prognoz ek anomalilerin sayısı ve şiddeti ile ilişkilidir. Son yıllarda bu malformasyonlarla doğan yenidoğanların sağ kalımında artış bildirilmektedir. Bu hastalar yüksek riskli gebelik olarak kabul edilmeli ve pediatrik cerrahi ve neonatal yoğun bakım ünitelerinin bulunduğu merkezlerde yakın takip edilmelidir
