Abstract

Romatoid artrit simetrik erozif sinovitlerle karekterize, etiyolojisi tam aydınlatılamamış kronik, otoimmün bir hastalıktır. Romatoid artritte özgün bir tanı testi bulunmasa da çeşitli laboratuvar testleri erken tanı ve takip ve prognozun saptanmasında faydalıdırlar. Romatoid artrit hastalarının poliartritlerden ayırımında Romatoid Faktörler (RF) önemli bir role sahiptirler. Ancak çoğu güncel tanı kılavuzunda RF’nin önemi hala vurgulansa da artık anti   -cycliccitrullinated peptid antikor testleri, RF’ den daha öncelikli hal almaya başlamıştır.
