Sosyal Bilimlerin Kıyısında Entelektüel Bir Alan: İktisadi Düşünce

Öz

Modern dönemde spekülatif
felsefenin bilime evirilmesinin doğal sonucu olarak iktisat özelinde
mekanikleşme yaşanmaktadır. Söz konusu mekanikleşme tecrübesi, iktisatta diğer
sosyal bilimlere nazaran daha erken dönemlerde ve daha profesyonel bir tarzda gerçekleşmektedir.
Heterodoks iktisat okulları mekanikleşmeye meydan okumaktadırlar. Çünkü
heterodoks iktisat okulları hem disiplinin araştırma nesnesini genişletme ve
bizzat iktisadi olan üzerine düşünme hem de iktisat ile diğer sosyal bilimler
arasında diyalog kurma iddiasındadırlar. Bu iki iddianın göründüğü çaba
iktisadi düşüncedir ve iktisadi düşüncenin belirginleşmesine katkı sunan
hermeneutik yöntemdir. Hermeneutik yöntem iktisadı felsefi olana doğru
götürürken disiplinin araştırma nesnesini genişletir ve disiplinin sosyal
bilimler içerisinde tarihsel olarak kavranmasına imkân sunar. Bu çalışmada
iktisat ve hermeneutik ilişkisi Thorstein Veblen ve Ludwig Lachmann özelinde
incelenecektir. İktisat disiplininin sosyal bilimler içerisinde ayrıcalıklı bir
yer edinmesi ancak hermeneutik yöntemi de içeren iktisadi düşünceye bağlıdır.
