Abstract

Murray Rothbard ölümünden sonra yayınlanan iktisat tarihi incelemesinde, “Avusturya” Okulu tarafından anlaşıldığı şekliyle, serbest piyasa düşüncesi kökenlerinin izini 13. Yüzyıl skolastikleri ve 16. Yüzyıl İspanyol ekonomistlerine kadar geriye sürer. Bu düşüncelere İslamî geleneğin bu yüzyıllarında ve önceki dönemlerinde yer alan ilginç paralellikler bulmaktayız. Rothbard’ın eserinin incelediği Hıristiyan bilginlerin İslamî çağdaşları ve öncülerine doğru genişletilmesi için çağrı yapıyoruz
