Sosyalist Hesaplama Tartışmaları Niçin Hâlâ Önemli

Abstract

Sosyalist hesaplama tartışmaları 1930’ların en hararetli doktrinel tartışmalarından biriydi. O zamanlarda Keynes ve Marxistlerin başarısıyla sonuçlandığı düşünülen hesaplama problemi 1970’lerde yeniden ortaya çıkmış ve Avusturya Okulu iktisatçılarının teorik olarak haklı olduğunun genel kabul görmesi ve uygulamada da sosyalist hesaplamanın etkinsizliğinin görülmesiyle sona ermiş gibi görünmekteydi. Peki, niçin hâlâ bu tartışmaları gündeme taşımaya çalışıyoruz? Bu makalede sosyalist hesaplamanın modern ekonomik sistem içinde hâlâ yer bulmasından hareketle, bu düşüncenin modern iktisat içindeki yerini tekrar sorgulayacağız.
