IMPROVEMENT of AIR QUALITY WITH PNEUMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEM in DUSTY ENVIRONMENT in QUARTZ PLANT

Abstract

It is aimed to eliminate dusty due to quartz mineral with pneumatic transport in this study. In this context, Minimized an important part of the dust in the micronizing plant being used to transfer with the pneumatic conveying system.It can be seen to reduce the values in after project when we compare before project (the measured value is 1961,50 µg/ Nm³) and after project value is that the measured value is 833 µg/ Nm³data.It is decreased possibility of developing occupational diseases that is silicosis style for our staff that working 7,5 hours per day

Abstract

Çalışmamızda açık ocakta üretilen ve mikronize tesisinde işlenen malzemelerin önemli bir bölümü, tesiste kurulan pnömatik taşıma sistemi ile minimize edilerek, kuvars tozlarından kaynaklanabilecek olası çevre sorunlarının ve sağlık etkilerinin asgari düzeye indirilmesi amaç edinilmiştir.Çalışma öncesinde yapılan ölçümde 1961,50 µg/ Nm³ ölçülen değere karşılık, çalışma sonrası aynı yerde yapılan ölçümde, bu değerin 833 µg/ Nm³ıe düştüğü görülebilmektedir.Çalışma alanında günde 7,5 saat çalışan personellerimizin toza maruz kalma olasılığı minimize edilerek, silikozis tarzı meslek hastalıklarına yakalanma olasılığı azalmıştır
