Abstract

In this study, risk analysis based on vibration measurements was done to determine the endamagement
possibility of the blasting operations in overburden removal excavation of Aegean Lignite Works (in
Turkish abbreviation: ELI) Eynez-12 board to the mentioned pit, Aegean Lignite Enterprise plants and
buildings near the blasting area and buildings in the Eynez Village.Within the scope of this study, only
necessary quantitative measurements and observations has been done during the shots. The blasting
parameters of these shots were also carefully recorded. In order to predict the equation of vibration
propagation, 33 events belonged 3 shots were recorded with 14 vibration monitors, the relationship
between scaled distance and peak particle velocity datas were investigated and statistically analyzed
by considering charge per delay.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Ege Linyitleri İşletmesi (ELİ) Müessesesi Müdürlüğü Eynez-12 Panosu Dekapaj İşi
sırasında yapılan patlatmaların, söz konusu ocakta dekapaj işine yakın konumdaki ELİ’ye ait idare
binaları ve tesislerde ve Eynez Köyü’ndeki binalarda hasarlara neden olabilecek seviyelerde olup
olamayacağını belirlemek üzere, titreşim ölçümlerine dayalı risk analizi yapılmış ve değerlendirilmiştir.
Çalışma kapsamında gerçekleştirilen arazi çalışması esnasında, söz konusu ocakta titreşim ölçümlerine
esas olacak atımlarda, sadece gerekli kantitatif ölçüm ve gözlemler yapılmış, patlatma parametreleri
de dikkatlice kaydedilmiştir. İzlenen 3 adet atıma ait toplam 33 adet olay 14 adet titreşim ölçer cihaz
ile kaydedilmiş ve sahanın özgün titreşim yayılım formülünün bulunması için, gecikme başına düşen
maksimum patlayıcı madde miktarı ve atım mesafesi dikkate alınarak türetilen ölçekli mesafe ile
parçacık hızı verileri arasındaki ilişki incelenmiş ve istatiksel olarak analiz edilmiştir.
