Specific Energy Consumption and Excavating Difficulty Classification of Electrical Earth Moving Equipment

Abstract

In this paper, energy consumption of electrical earthmoving equipment is investigated from excavating difficulty point of view, and specific energy and the other parameters are discussed. The principles of measuring and calculating energy consumption of direct current motors which drive main operating motion gearboxes of equipment are given. Some excavating difficulty classifications proposed by some Turkish researchers for electrical earthmoving equipment operating at blasted lignite overburden benches are presented with some examples. Energy consumption components of working cycle and dig phase are also given based on the findings of the same researchers for some earthmoving equipment

Abstract

Bu yazıda elektrikli yerkazı makinalarının enerji tüketimi, kazı zorluğu yönünden incelenmiş olup özgül kazı enerjisi ve diğer etkileyicileri tartışılmıştır. Makinaların, ana çalışma devinim dişli kutularını süren doğru akım motorlarının enerji tüketimlerini ölçme ve hesaplama ilkelerine değinilmiştir. Bazı Türk araştırmacılarca, linyit damarı üzerindeki örtü katmanlarında oluşturulan gevşetilmiş basamaklarda çalışan elektrikli yerkazı makinaları için önerilmiş olan kazı zorluğu sınıflamaları bazı örneklerle birlikte sunulmuştur. Ayrıca, bazı elektrikli yerkazı makinalarının çalışma döngüsü ve kazı evresinin enerji tüketim bileşenleri örnekleri de bu araştırmacıların bulgularına dayanarak verilmiştir
