Effects Of Grout And Bolt Properties On The Strength Of Cement Grouted Rockbolts

Abstract

This study is related with the factors that effect the load capacity of cement-grouted rockbolts which have been widely used in mining and tunnelling applications. For this aim, approximately 80 rockbolts having different diameter, length and grouting materials were embedded into basalt blocks. Relationships betvveen bolt length - bolt load capacity, bolt bond area - bolt load capacity, and grout strength - bolt load capacity were investigated in the laboratory. According to the test results; increasing bolt length and/or bonded area of the bolt, shear strength of the grout material and curing time increase the bolt load capacity

Abstract

Bu çalışma, yeraltı madenciliği ve tünellerde yaygın olarak kullanım alam bulan çimento dolgulu kaya saplamalarının taşıma kapasitesini etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi ile ilgilidir. Bu amaçla, bazalt bloklara yerleştirilen (farklı boy, çap ve dolgu özelliklerine sahip) yaklaşık 80 adet saplama üzerinde yapılan saplama çekme deneyleri sonucunda saplama kapasitesi ile saplama boyu, saplama yapışma alanı ve dolgu dayanımı arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Buna göre; saplama boyu ve/veya saplama yapışma alanı, dolgu maddesinin makaslama dayanımı ve kür süresi arttıkça saplama kapasitesinin arttığı belirlenmiştir
