Prediction of the Practical Burden and Blasthole Deviation Using Radiodetection Instruments

Abstract

During the bench blasting, one of the parameters affecting blast efficiency is the faulty drilling produced from the hole deviation. For this reason, it must be taken into consideration in the blast design. By predicting the blasthole deviation which is possibly occurred at perpendicular or parallel to the bench face, necessary precautions which is considered during the charging, will yield a successful blasting. In this paper, radiodetection equipment developed from the electromagnetic field propagation principle, which has been used for the purpose of locating, tracing and pinpointing of any types of buried utility line such as cables, metal pipes and drains, has been introduced and investigated whether it is possible to measure the practical burden generated from the blasthole deviation at any level of the bench

Abstract

Patlatma çalışmalarında, atımın verimliliğini etkileyen unsurlardan biri de delik sapmasından kaynaklanan delik hata payıdır. Bu nedenle tasarımda mutlaka gözönünde tutulmalıdır. Aynaya dik ve paralel düzlemlerde ortaya çıkması muhtemel olan delik sapmasının tahmin edilerek şarj sırasında gerekli önlemlerin alınması, atımın başarısına büyük katkıda bulunacaktır. Bu makalede; elektromanyetik dalgaların yayılma ilkelerinden esinlenerek geliştirilen ve yaygın olarak yeraltında gömülü bulunan metal su boruları ile elektrik kablolarının izlenmesi ve yerlerinin belirlenmesi çalışmalarında kullanılmakta olan radyodedektör cihazı tanıtılmakta ve patlatma delıklerindeki hatadan kaynaklanan gerçek dilim kalınlığının, aynanın her seviyesinden ölçülmesinde kullanılabilirliği incelenmektedir
