Abstract
Friction rock stabilizers which have been driving interest by its increasing
consomption was conceived in 1973, after extensive field and
laboratory testing the product introduced to the market and named as
«Spilt-Set». The principle of the friction rock stabilizers depends on providing
stability by compression of the nearby rock as a result of expansion
of an axially spilt pipe which was inserted in a borehole. In this paper
the technical specifications, supporting principle, profits gained according
to the other roof bolts and examples of its field of use are given
and the system is discussed briefly.
Abstract
Son yıllarda artan kullanımı ile ilgi çeken sürtünmen tavan saplamaları
1973'de tasarlanmış, geniş laboratuvar ve arazi deneyiminden sonra
piyasaya «Split-Set» adı altında sürülmüştür. Sürtünmeli tavan saplamasının
prensibi kayac İçinde açılmış deliğe yerleştirilen ekseni boyunca
yarılmış çelik bir tüpün çapındaki büyüme sonucu etrafındaki kayacı basınç
altına alarak stabilité sağlamasına dayanır. Bu yazıda saplamanın
teknik'özellikleri, tahkim prensibi, diğer tavan saplamalarına göre üstünlükleri
ve arazi uygulamalanndan örnekler verilmiş, sistemin kısa bîr
tartışması yapılmıştır.
