The book "Yeniboğaziçi Folk Culture " brought together the results of a jield study conducted at a village in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The book that consists of 21 sections includes information regarding verbal values, belieft, nutrition culture, folk crafl that was gathered from interviews with 48 source persons; further more examples are given about verbal values and things told (expounded) by interviewees. The book is important as it is the jirst book published in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and is the first jield study based on one village.
