True teaching and learning of Turkish Folk-Dances is possible only if teaching-learning approaches and scientific methods are used. Transformation of Turkish Folk-Dances to the next generations, supplying the protection and permanence and getting the total developement of the students is closely up-to the teachers ' knowledge about this subject. A four - phase teaching process must be used to make the students able to earn the needed knowledge, skili and special behaviours fitting to the main objective ojjolk-dance education. This process will bring the success on the target by getting the students developed enough both in technic and artistic scales.
