The Anatomical Investigation of Some Euphorbia L. Taxa Distributing around Sertavul Pass and Mut (Mersin, Turkey)

Abstract

Bu çalışma ile Sertavul Geçidi ve Mut civarında yayılış gösteren Ephorbia L. türleri gövde ve yaprak anatomisi açısından incelenerek morfolojik ve anatomik farklılıklar ortaya çıkartılmaya çalışılmıştır. Euphorbia kotschyana Fenzl. Pug. ve Euphorbia rigida Bieb. türlerinde diğerlerinden daha yoğun ve net olarak gözlemlenen salgı kanalları dikkat çekmiştir. Yaprak alt yüzeyindeki stoma sayısının Euphorbia altissima Boiss. var. altissima türünde yüksek (289,3±0,6), Euphorbia rigida Bieb. türünde ise düşük (1,6±0,2) olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Euphorbia macrostegia Boiss. (450,9±2,0 ; 392,4±2,8) ve Euphorbia helioscopia L. (716,9±4,0 ; 634,6±3,7) türleri için elde edilen epidermis sayım sonuçlarının diğer türlere oranla düşük olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.
