Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the present situation of the workplace allocated to the academic staff of Karadeniz Technical University (KTU) in terms of ergonomics and to evaluate the attitudes of these staff about ergonomic workplace and productivity. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the ergonomics levels of the faculties were different and there were statistically significant differences between the productivity attitudes of the participants in terms of gender, age, title and tenure. In addition, there was a statistically significant relationship between work-related musculoskeletal and/or eye disease status and productivity attitudes.
