ÖRGÜTSEL GÜÇSÜZLÜĞÜN İŞ TATMİNİ VE İŞTEN AYRILMA NİYETİ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ

Abstract

Güç, örgütsel davranış ve örgüt teorisinde kesinlikle en önemli bilimsel araştırma alanlarından biridir. Bu yüzden de çeşitli araştırmalarda, farklı teorik bakış açılarıyla incelenmiştir. Her biri gücün farklı yönlerine odaklanan bu yaklaşımlar, örgütlerde güç üzerine olan kavrayışımıza katkıda bulunmuşlardır. Ancak literatür tarandığında, güç üzerine olan araştırmaların örgütlerde güçsüzlüğü göz ardı etmekte oldukları görülmektedir. Oysa örgütlerde güçsüzlük, pek çok kişi tarafından yaşanan temel bir durumdur ve bu konunun detaylı bir şekilde araştırılması önem taşımaktadır. Bu araştırma örgütlerde güçsüzlük üzerine teorik bir çerçeve sunuyor olması yanı sıra, örgütlerde güçsüzlüğün iş tatmini ve işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki etkisini inceleyen bir çalışmayı da içermektedir. Bu amaçla İstanbul’da çalışan 276 kişi üzerinde anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları örgütlerde güçsüzlüğün iş tatmini üzerinde negatif, işten ayrılma niyeti üzerinde ise pozitif etkisi olduğunu, bununla birlikte iş tatmininin örgütlerde güçsüzlük ve işten ayrılma niyeti arasında aracı değişken etkisi olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.
