Literature Guide For Core Trainings:A Bibliometric Research

Abstract

The aim of the study is to look at the tendency of core training to be included in the researches conducted in recent years, to indirectly reveal its place in the literature by addressing the importance given to this type of training from a bibliometric perspective. Coaches generally adhere to current guidelines in training and sports testing and research in the field of strength and conditioning (Weldon and et al, 2021). With using the R software program, it is evaluated that it is going to be an example for researchers who will conduct studies on core training, which is becoming increasingly widespread among athletes who can be applied in different forms, with various statistical analyzes. In the study, a different evaluation of scientific researches published in the quantitative bibliometric analysis technique was made and a statistical compilation on the subject was obtained.
