Olimpiyatlarda Yer Alan Mücadele Sporları ile İlgili Türkiye’de Yapılmış Bilimsel Çalışmaların Analizi: Bir Sistematik Derleme

Öz

Olimpiyat Oyunları, sporun en yüksek seviyede rekabetinin yaşandığı uluslararası bir platformdur. Türkiye'nin de bu etkinliklerde temsil edildiği düşünüldüğünde, olimpiyatlarda yer alan mücadele sporlarına yönelik yapılan bilimsel çalışmaların önemi ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu makalede, Türkiye'de olimpiyatlarda yer alan mücadele sporlarına dair yapılan bilimsel çalışmaların analizi sunulmuştur. Çalışmada, Türkiye'de yayımlanmış olan akademik dergilerde ve uluslararası veritabanlarında yer alan bilimsel makaleler taranarak olimpiyatlarda yer alan mücadele sporlarına odaklanan çalışmalar belirlenmiştir. Analizde, bu çalışmaların hangi spor dallarına odaklandığı, hangi disiplinlerden araştırmacıların yer aldığı, hangi metodolojilerin kullanıldığı ve elde edilen bulguların neler olduğu gibi hususlar incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, Türkiye'de olimpiyat mücadele sporları üzerine yapılan bilimsel çalışmaların çeşitli disiplinlerden gelen araştırmacılar tarafından gerçekleştirildiğini ve genellikle antrenman yöntemleri, performans analizi, yaralanma önleme ve rehabilitasyon gibi konulara odaklandığını göstermektedir. Ayrıca, bu çalışmaların sporcuların performansını artırmaya yönelik uygulamalı sonuçlar ortaya koyduğu ve Türkiye'nin olimpiyat mücadele sporları alanında bilimsel araştırmalara katkı sağladığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, Türkiye'de olimpiyat mücadele sporları üzerine yapılan bilimsel çalışmaların önemli bir potansiyele sahip olduğu ve bu alandaki araştırmaların daha da artırılması gerektiği vurgulanmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın, Türk sporcularının uluslararası alandaki başarılarını desteklemek ve mücadele sporlarında bilimsel temelli gelişmelere katkı sağlamak adına büyük önem taşıyacağı düşünülmüştür.

ANALYSIS OF SCIENTIFIC STUDIES CONDUCTED IN TURKEY RELATED TO COMBAT SPORTS IN THE OLYMPICS

Abstract

Olympic Games is an international platform where the highest level of competition in sports is experienced. Considering that Turkey is also represented in these events, the importance of scientific studies on the combat sports in the Olympics emerges. In this article, an analysis of scientific studies on combat sports in the Olympics in Turkey is presented. In the study, scientific articles in academic journals published in Turkey and in international databases were scanned and studies focusing on combat sports in the Olympics were identified. In the analysis, issues such as which sports these studies focus on, which disciplines researchers from which disciplines are involved, which methodologies are used and what the findings are were examined. The findings show that scientific studies on Olympic combat sports in Turkey are carried out by researchers from various disciplines and generally focus on topics such as training methods, performance analysis, injury prevention and rehabilitation. In addition, it is concluded that these studies provide practical results to improve the performance of athletes and contribute to scientific research in the field of Olympic combat sports in Turkey. As a result, it is emphasised that scientific studies on Olympic combat sports in Turkey have a significant potential and research in this field should be further increased. It is thought that this study will be of great importance to support the success of Turkish athletes in the international arena and to contribute to scientific-based developments in combat sports.
