Abstract

Especially in health sector, it has been started to argue about matters like contract labour, the use of which becomes gradually widespread; rising costs and failure of service. Contract labour costs, improvements to be provided under its control and costs from which savings can be made can be a profound source for hospitals that are parts of the health sector. Thus, in this work of ours, it’s been performed an application towards the contract labour costs, importance and controlling of Afyon Kocatepe University Hospital. Considering the data obtained from correlation analysis tests, it’s been discovered that there is a significant relation between personnel planning and job evaluation. In the analysis carried out via factor analysis, an assessment has been made in terms of four factors such as charging, job analysis, personnel planning and job evaluation.

Hastanelerde Taşeron İşçilik Maliyet Kontrolü

Abstract

Özellikle hizmet sektöründe gittikçe kullanımı yaygınlaşan taşeron işçilik; yükselen maliyetler, hizmetin gereği gibi ifa edilememesi vb. konularda tartışılmaya başlanmıştır. Taşeron işçilik maliyetleri ve kontrolünde sağlanacak iyileştirmeler ile maliyetlerden yapılabilecek tasarruflar hizmet sektörünün bir parçası olan hastaneler için önemli bir kaynak oluşturabilmektedir. Bu nedenle bu çalışmamızda Afyon Kocatepe Üniversite Hastanesi’nin taşeron işçilik maliyetleri, önemi ve kontrolüne yönelik bir uygulama yapılmıştır. Çalışmada korelasyon analizi sonucunda elde edilen verilere baktığımızda personel planlama ve iş değerlendirme arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Faktör analizi ile yapılan analizde ücretleme, iş analizi, personel planlanma ve iş değerlendirme şeklinde 4 faktör üzerinden değerlendirme yapılmıştır.
