Puccinia (Pucciniales) Species Determinated on Artemisia members in Turkey

Year 2017, Volume: 8 Issue: 1, 1 - 5, 28.04.2017

Abstract

In the current study, two species belonging to
genus Puccinia
(Puccinia abrotani
Fahrend. and P. artemisiicola P.
Syd. & Syd.) are determinate on Artemisia
and these species are new records for Turkish mycobiota.
Containing
the previously reported three Puccinia members
recorded on
Artemisia (P. chrysanthemi Roze, P. dracunculina Fahrend. and P.
tanaceti
DC.), an
identification key was given for Turkish Puccinia
determinate on
Artemisia. Short descriptions of the newly reported species
are provided together with macro and microphotographs and discussed briefly.

Türkiye'de Artemisia Üyeleri Üzerinde Belirlenen Puccinia (Pucciniales) Türleri

Year 2017, Volume: 8 Issue: 1, 1 - 5, 28.04.2017

Abstract

Mevcut çalışmada, Puccinia cinsine mensup iki tür (Puccinia
abrotani
Fahrend. ve P. artemisiicola
P. Syd. & Syd.)

The works submitted to our journals are first judged grammatically. After this phase, articles are sent two reviewers. If necessary, the third reviewer is assessed. In the publication of works, a decision is made by evaluating the level of contribution to science and readers within the criteria specified in the writing rules. Reviewers are requested to submit their assessments within 30 days at the latest. The reviewers' evaluations and the answers to these evaluations are reviewed by the editor and it is decided whether the work will be published or not.
