Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the need assessment of the guidance in technical and vocational education high schools in terms of technical high school teachers. Sample consists of 166 teachers from different technical high school students. A need assessment form was used to collect data (Erkan, 1997) together with a questionnaire. Significant statistical results obtained at the end of the analyses. According to the technical high school teachers; students were strongly needed educational guidance, personal-social guidance, and vocational guidance respectively.Key words : Need assessment, guidance, vocational education.
