Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı; Türkiye’de Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından uygulanan lise
formatlarına ek olarak yeni bir öneri getirmektir. Bu öneri; yeteneğin doğru ve zamanında
tespit ve yönlendirilmesini esas alan bir çerçevede yapılmaktadır. Hareket noktası; orta
öğretim kurumlarında üniversitelerdeki sosyal bilimler eğitimine alt yapı teşkil eden bir lise
formatının bulunmamasıdır. Bu doğrultuda bu tür bir lise formatının gerekçeleri ve ana
çerçevesi çizilmektedir. Bununla birlikte, sosyal bilimler eğitiminin günümüzde kazandığı
stratejik öneme vurgu yapılmaktadır.

Abstract
This study aims to bring a new proposal in addition to present secondary school systems of the National Education in Türkiye. This proposal aims to measure the ability as correct and its time.. The starting point of this study is the absence of a secondary school model as a sub-structure for the university education in the social sciences fields. The reasons of this study are to write the frame of this kind of secondary school format. And also, it is made a stress for the strategical importance of social sciences education in today’s society.
