İnsan Sermayesi İle Kurumsal İtibar, İşe Sargınlık ve Okuldan Ayrılma Niyeti Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu
çalışmada; insan sermayesi ile kurumsal itibar, öğretmenlerin işe sargınlık ve
okuldan ayrılma niyetleri arasındaki ilişkinin açığa çıkarılması amaçlanmıştır.
Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini,
Hatay’ın İskenderun ilçesinde bulunan okullarda 2018–2019 eğitim-öğretim
yılında görev yapmakta olan öğretmenler arasından basit tesadüfi örnekleme
yöntemiyle yansız olarak seçilmiş okullarda çalışan 273 öğretmen
oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri; “İnsan Sermayesi Ölçeği”, “Kurumsal
İtibar Ölçeği”, “İşe Sargınlık Ölçeği” ve “Okuldan Ayrılma Niyeti Ölçeği” aracılığıyla
toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimleyici analizler, korelasyon ve
regresyon analizlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre; insan
sermayesi, okulun kurumsal itibarını ve öğretmenin işe sargınlığını pozitif
olarak, okuldan ayrılma niyetini ise negatif olarak yordamaktadır. Kurumsal
itibar, işe sargınlığı pozitif olarak yordarken okuldan ayrılma niyetini ise
negatif olarak yordamaktadır.
