İLİŞKİLENDİRME HAKKI VE ÖRNEK UYGULAMALAR

Öz



 Çalışmamızın konusunu tuzak pazarlama uygulamalarının uluslararası çapta artan görünümüne paralel olarak yaygınlık kazanan ve başlıca işlevi tuzak pazarlama ile mücadele olan görece yeni bir hak; ilişkilendirme hakkı oluşturmaktadır. Bu çerçevede, tuzak pazarlama konusu uygulamadan örneklerle açıklanmış, hukuka aykırı tuzak pazarlama uygulamaları ile mücadele konusunda mukayeseli hukuktaki düzenlemelere değinilmiş ve ilişkilendirme hakkını kabul eden başlıca hukuk sistemlerine yer verilmiştir. Son olarak, bu konudaki en çarpıcı ve güncel örnekler olan Londra 2012 Olimpiyat Oyunları ve Brezilya 2014 FIFA Dünya Kupası için özel olarak kabul edilen düzenlemeler ayrı bir bölümde incelenmiştir.
