TÜRKİYE’DE ÜRETİM ÜZERİNE HETEROJEN İSTİHDAM VE PATENT ETKİSİ TAHMİNİ

Abstract

Bu çalışma; heterojen beşeri sermaye istihdamının, brüt sabit sermaye ve izin verilen patentlerin gayri safı yurt içi hasıla (GSYIl)’ya etkisini açıklamaktadır. Çalışmada, önceki çalışmalardan farklı olarak istihdam edilen emeği heterojen kabul edip; okuma yazma bilmeyen-ilköğrenim mezunu ve ortaöğrenim-üniversite mezunu olarak ikiye ayrıştırılıp, bunların GSYH’ya olan etkisi araştırılmıştır. Okullaşmış istihdam GSYH’yı artırıcı bulunmuştur. Orta öğrenim ve üniversite diplomasına sahip istihdamdaki %1’lik bir artış, GSYH’yı %0.39 artırmakta, okuma-yazma bilmeyen- ilköğretim mezunundaki %1’lik bir artış ise GSYH’yı %0.37 azaltmaktadır. Diğer faktörler değişmezken, brüt sabit sermaye yatırımlarındaki ve verilen patent sayısındaki %1’lik artış GSYH’yı sırasıyla %0.18 ve % 0.04 artırmaktadır. Kurulan model, seriler arasında uzun dönem bir ilişkinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu ve ölçeğe göre azalan getiri ile üretim yapıldığını işaret etmiştir.
