TELEWORK: 21. YÜZYILIN YENİ ÇALIŞMA BİÇİMİ

Abstract

Yeni milenyumda, işgücü ve çalışma şekillerinin hızlı bir şekilde değiştiği açıktır. Telev/ork, alternatif bir çalışma düzenlemesi olarak, artan sayıda işletmede ciddi bir çalışma yaklaşımı olarak kabul edilmektedir. Telework, etkinliği iyileştirmek ve maliyetleri düşürmekle birlikte, örgütleri çalışma yöntemlerini ve çalışma yerleri ile ilgili varsayımlarını analiz etmeye zorlayan güçlü bir katalizör olabilir. Telework, verimliliği iyileştirerek ve genel giderleri azaltarak, kan maksimize etmeye yardımcı olur ve örgütün genişlemesine ve uzun süre başanlı olmasına izin verir. Ancak işletmeler, başanlı bir televvork programı uygulamanın ve sürdürmenin zorluklannı gözardı etmemelidirler. Bu çalışmada, telework kavramı ve uygulaması İncelenmekte ve organizasyonu, işgöreni ve genel işletme çevresini nasıl etkilediği üzerinde durulmaktadır. Aynca, televvork programını başanlı bir şekilde uygulamalan için işletmelere öneriler sunulmaktadır.
