TEDARİK ZİNCİRİ YÖNETİMİ: OTOMOTİV SEKTÖRÜNDE BİR ARAÇ ROTALAMA UYGULAMASI

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, bir işletmenin lojistik ağını yeniden yapılandırarak lojistik maliyetlerini düşürmeye yöneliktir. Çalışmada sırasıyla; lojistik, araç rotalama problemi, çözüm yöntemleri, daha ayrıntılı olarak da bulgusal bir çözüm yöntemi olan kazançlar yöntemi yer almaktadır. Daha sonra, bir otomotiv endüstrisi işletmesinin lojistik sistemi incelenerek, sistemin aksaklıkları ortaya konmaya çalışılmaktadır. Taşıma fonksiyonunun daha etkin çalışması gerektiği sonucundan hareketle, mevcut sistemin yerine daha düşük maliyetlerle çalışacak yeni bir sistem önerilmektedir. Yeni sistemin maliyet üstünlüğünü sağlayan yeni araç rotaları, kazançlar yöntemi kullanılarak elde edilmektedir. Çalışmanın son kısmında ise belirlenen yeni rotaların ve araçların katettikleri mesafelerdeki toplam kazancın bulunmasına örnek bir çözüm adımı verilmektedir.
