Abstract

Capital Market Board of Turkey has determined by communique, dated 20.04.1995, investment consultancy and portfolio management According to the communique and investors expectation, performer institutions has to be well-organized, meet the investors expectations requirement. They have to avoid defective advisory result. This paper is dealing with the regulation, operation and responsibilities of financial intermediaries.
